Prototype
Cabin was pressurised. GM-1 (Nitreous-Oxide) equipment was optional. Had FuG 7A radio gear.
Tropical version.
Similar to Me 109G-1. Cabin was unpressurised. No GM-1 equipment. Had FuG 7A radio gear.
Similar to Me 109G-1. Had FuG 16Z radio gear.
Similar to Me 109G-2. Had FuG 16Z radio gear.
MW50 boosted Daimler-Benz 605D. Pressurized cabin.
Wooden tailplane.
Similar to G-5. No pressurized cabin. Had two under wing 20 mm Was also the standardized version to fit the Rüstsätze (field conversion) and Umrüst-Bausätze (factory) optional equipment packages. Late production had wooden tail units to conserve on metal.
Wooden tailplane.
One or three 3 cm MK 108 cannons and two 13 mm MG 131 machine guns.
Night fighter.
Wooden tail and semi-retractable tailwheel.
Used for armed reconnaissance.
Low octane DB 605D or high octane DB 605DB with MW 50 and "Galland" hood for better visability. Could go 690 kph.
Unarmed two seat trainer. Had DB 605 A engine.
Standardized engines. Late production had wooden tail units.
DB 605D engine and more armor protection.
